Hi!
As I have walked the path of a Wounded Healer, the journey of a healer is far beyond a lifetime of work. I am Charu, passionate about belly-dancing, nature and music. Like many, I have carried the heavy burden of systemic oppression, ancestral lineage, and cultural conditioning. Constriction showed me expansion, abuse helped me discover my personal power, abandonment revealed inclusion, being diminished led me to my true worth, and anxiety opened me to presence. Truly, darkness taught the essence of light.
Pain was the propelling factor in my own healing journey to help tap into the healer in me. As we flow amidst the polarity of life, my training with various mentors has gently revealed this calling: I am here to witness your healing as you reclaim your true essence.

I hold space as we identify and release old, low-quality agreements that bind your energy. We invoke your spirit guides and whoever is present to support us. Through connecting with your higher self, connecting with ancestral parts, and retrieving soul fragments, I facilitate you in trusting your inner wisdom.

Through Hands Healing and Reiki, I facilitate clearing of energy centers and shifting your frequency from constriction to Flow.

I hold space for you to embody your sensuality and balance masculine and feminine energies through breathwork.

Healing from spiritual communities
Having walked through hierarchical structures myself and found healing with free-spirited spiritual teachers, I deeply understand the sacred wounds that arise when systems designed for order restrict our natural expansion. When the very communities meant to hold us become places of harm, the journey back to wholeness requires gentle tending. If you've walked through abusive dynamics in spiritual or healing communities, I hold space for that tender, sacred path. You deserve healing that honors your sovereignty and reclaims the sacredness of your journey.
